Seven Areas,
One Practice.
Each service reflects one of the core convictions that guide our studio — from the ground-level work of site reading to the wider horizon of sustainable urbanism.
Buildings rooted in site, climate and cultural context. We approach each project as a specific response to a specific place — never importing typologies that belong elsewhere.
Interiors that begin with how a person moves and pauses. Natural light, material honesty and spatial proportion are our primary tools.
Large-scale planning that prioritises transit, walkability and mixed-use density. Infrastructure-led development for the Indian city of tomorrow.
Bespoke furniture designed in close dialogue with craftspersons — honouring both contemporary proportion and regional tradition.
Outdoor spaces shaped by climate, water and living systems. Courtyards, therapeutic gardens and biophilic corridors — the boundary between inside and outside dissolved.
Conservation and adaptive reuse of historically significant structures. We approach these commissions with patience and structural care — letting the new be clearly new.
High-impact stalls, pavilions and trade booths that command presence on the floor. From single-day pop-ups to permanent gallery installations.
"The best buildings are those that improve with age — and that age well because they were built with care."
— Vidya Vasu Sharma
The Process
A site visit and an extended conversation. We want to understand the brief not just intellectually but experientially — to feel what the space will need to be.
Concept development rooted in site analysis, climate data and cultural context. Sketches and references before any model or drawing is formalised.
Detailed design and documentation. Technical drawings, material specifications, coordination with structural and service engineers.
Site supervision, contractor coordination and quality control through to handover. The building is not finished until it is inhabited.
